Love the solids you chose!!
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait to see what you make with all these! So many quilt possibilities.
ReplyDeleteLove the fabrics! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave a super great sewing day.
oh the teal, orange and gray...can't wait to see what that becomes...
ReplyDeleteYum, yum and oh...YUM!
ReplyDeleteI agree...it's much easier for me to be enthusiastic about my spring fabrics than to be excited about spring cleaning. Love the teal, orange and grey combination!
ReplyDeleteSpring cleaning? Whatever. Dust is good! Did you know that we're creaeting more problems with illnesses because we're over-cleaning our environments? We're not building up natural immunities to things! So by not cleaning, you're doing something beneficial for your health! So go have some chocolate (antioxidants) and play with the fabric! And by doing that, you're also reaping health benefits! You're doing something that brings you pleasure and that releases positive endorphins which reduce your stress and it makes the people around you happy! That reduces their stress and they'll be happier, healthier better people!
ReplyDeleteSo by not doing any spring cleaning, eating chocolate and fondling pretty new fabric -- you're saving the world!
Love the solids. And I look forward to seeing what you make! :)
Sorry about all the exclamation points. It got stuck. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty addicted to aqua and red too - you have some amazing quilting skills!
ReplyDeleteIf you're interested, I just started a mug rug swap over at www.sewhappygeek.blogspot.com if you would like to join up! (It's kinda a birthday gift to myself..)
I like your new fabrics. Great colours. What line are the aqua and red prints? I feel like doing a little shopping and those are just calling to me.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for the newer post about pressing the seams open. I'm working on some pinwheel blocks and they feel abit lumpy. I'm going to give this a try.
