I'm playing with a simple version of my block inspired by Martha Stewart's magazine cover with those cute pillows. Grays, whites, blacks and golds.
I can't wait to make this "Birdbath" pattern using colors inspired by my dining room curtain fabric, from The Practical Guide to Patchwork.
I want to thank you all for hanging out with me in my nutty little corner of the internet. I'm a big fan of Kate Spain fabric (in fact someone has nominated me president of her fan club!!) and would like to share some of the gorgeousness. Next Wed. I'll draw from the comments on this post for a Fandango layer cake. Thanks for being here!!
oh my...a whole layer cake? I have NO Kate Spain...have NEVER had Kate Spain...would LOVE some Kate Spain...

ReplyDeleteThe quilts all look gorgeous!Your block makes a great quilt! I love Kate Spain and have some charm squares of Fandango which I cant wait to use. Don't enter me in the draw as it will cost way to much to post here!!Not that I would actually win.
ReplyDeleteI'm digging your first quilt shown on this post. I just discovered pinwheels (I'm new to this) a couple of months ago and found I love them to peices! Literally, I do them as peice work, refusing to use a pattern and I just love them and the whole process of deciding what goes where. I have some Kate Spain, I super love her too! I can use more - to make more pinwheels!!
ReplyDeleteI ♥ Kate Spain and would love to win a Fandango layer cake! This post is full of inspiration. I think I need to print some pictures and start an inspiration wall. Maybe I'll cover my sewing room closet doors with cork and photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.
