I made a quilt this weekend...

Yup! Cut, pieced, quilted, and bound. You may know the pattern... Swoon, a Thimbleblossoms pattern. It's my second one, but this one's a little smaller...


It's a mini Swoon!


These blocks are just so cute!


And it's hanging already in my sewing room!


Sometimes little blocks can be a bit tricky, but this was easy peasy. If you like Swoon and would like to make one in a weekend - it's the perfect choice!

  2. I have this pattern and have started it a couple of times but all those itty bitty squares for the HSTs! I need to print a copy of it out so I can make a note about making bigger squares I can cut and trim HST from to make it easier ! Did you use Colour Me Happy? So lovely!

  6. I have made only 1 mini swoon block but it turned out sooo cute and I love it! need to finish up the little quilt for my sewing room too. Yours is beautiful!

  7. Looks fabulous. I have only managed to make on block of my mini swoon. It's a grat pattern but think I should have opened all my seems as there is a lot of bulk.
