With temps in the 100's, staying in air-conditioning and sewing seem to be the perfect activities. To keep from getting bored, I'm going with a variety of sewing projects. Some hand-work involving English Paper Piecing...

And some easy piecing...

Although I enjoyed a week of vacationing in Key West last week, I found myself actually MISSING my sewing machine! What a pleasure it was to be reunited:-) I agree that sewing is the perfect activity to beat the heat.
